Complete new build on a remote island site. All structural steel, including a full-height illuminated spiral staircase, fabricated and erected onsite. Marine-grade polyurethane-coated steelwork throughout. Off-grid infrastructure with solar, battery, and Starlink connectivity. Every element of this build was delivered by barge.

Major renovation and new pavilion construction on a remote island site. Structural upgrade of existing bungalows with new upper floor master suite addition. All demolition, materials, and plant delivered by barge. New entertaining pavilion built from ground up alongside the existing structure.

Adaptive reuse of a former cinema. Complete basement excavation to create a new underground level. 3-storey, 5-bar venue built to accommodate 2,000 patrons. Complex structural works including new floor systems, mezzanines, and service infrastructure throughout.
